Restorative Dentistry

This procedure is a necessary option for the saving of many teeth. Often times the nerve endings on the bad tooth is inflamed and delivering a strong level of pain. These patients need immediate relief. Root canals allow us to reduce that pain while saving the core of the tooth for a crown or a bridge.

This procedure is a tooth's last resort. If there is no way we can save the tooth it may need to be extracted. There are methods for simple and surgical extraction dependent on the status of the tooth and the level of difficulty in taking it out.

This procedure is available if the damage to a natural tooth is minimal and the dentist believes that there is enough tooth structure existing to maintain a composite filling.
